New General Manager

Effective July 6, 2009 Julianne Jones Higdon has assumed the duties of General Manager.

Julianne is a life long resident of the City of Sarnia and brings with her many years of shopping centre management, marketing and event planning skills.

Julianne brings over 30 years of volunteerism and presently sits as a member of the Board of Directors of the Sarnia Community Foundation and the Sarnia Street Machines, as well as several other not for profit organizations.  

Our paramount concern is how we can better serve Bayside Centre and re-establish ourselves as a multi-use centre with a renewed focus on fashion and special services.

Over the next few months you will notice changes at the centre, and our goal is to re-connect with the community and grow the list of community events in collaboration with cultural groups, schools and charitable organizations.

Bayside Centre makes a Splash for the Sarnia Community Foundation!

We have established a new fund that will serve the citizens of Sarnia Lambton for the future. 

"The Fountain Fund" will provide people visiting and working at the centre the opportunity to put their spare change to work by throwing it in and making a wish. 

The funds will be used for programmes and projects that affect children and youth and the arts in our community, as a refelction of the vibrancy of the arts community that has sustained the dowtown and the future of our city.
