DAILY CASH RATE.

Bayside Centre has a one level underground parking garage with an in-ramp off Vidal Street.  Parking in the underground area is FREE to the shopping public for up to 3 hours on weekdays and all day Saturday!  If one needs to stay more than 3 hours, the rates are:

1st hour:      $3.00
2nd hour:    $4.00
3rd hour:     $5.00 (maximum for daily parking).

IN-RAMP DOOR CLEARANCE HEIGHT:  1.93 metres (6 ft. 4 in.)

PARKING PASSES.

Persons working in Bayside Centre, or in the downtown core, may purchase parking in our underground garage.  

Rates:
- Tenants & employees of Bayside Centre:  $25 per month, plus HST.
- For those working outside the centre:  $35 per month, plus HST.

A $10 cash deposit is required at the time that a new parking pass is issued.  This is returned to the customer at the time of surrender of the parking pass, should they choose to terminate their parking at Bayside Centre.

Parking customers must provide Bayside Centre with post-dated payments for a minimum of 6 months.

VEHICLE STORAGE.

Bayside Centre offers an excellent facility, in our underground garage, for vehicle storage.  The storage facility is safe and secure, with access in and out provided only by our security service.

The rate for storage is $60 per month, plus HST. 

Storage customers must provide Bayside Centre with post-dated payments for a minimum of 6 months.

Persons storing for the  2010-2011 winter season must provide post-dated payments from the time of storage through May, 2011.
